These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and juan36 ("juan36," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the juan36 website located at juan36.vip and all associated gaming services, applications, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the juan36 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. To register and maintain an active account with juan36, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register as players on the juan36 Platform.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing gaming services. Use of VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated winnings.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of juan36 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or service partners.
• You must not have a self-exclusion order in effect, whether voluntary or imposed by PAGCOR or any competent regulatory authority.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

juan36 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy any eligibility requirement at registration, or at any point during the operation of your account, may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of bonus balances in accordance with these Terms.

Each player may register only one (1) account with juan36. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. juan36 employs technical and manual procedures to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed. Balances in duplicate accounts will be transferred to the primary account after deduction of any bonus balances, or forfeited entirely where fraud is suspected.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID, your date of birth, your active Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), juan36 requires verification of your identity before processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable identity documents include:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys ID)
• Passport (Republic of the Philippines)
• Driver's License issued by LTO
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID / SSS/GSIS)
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC
• PRC Professional Regulation Commission ID

juan36 may also request proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days) and source-of-funds documentation for accounts conducting high-value transactions, in compliance with PAGCOR and AMLC reporting requirements.

All deposits and withdrawals on the juan36 Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). juan36 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Direct, and other payment channels as made available from time to time.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your juan36 account wallet in real time or within a reasonable processing period depending on the payment method. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed on the deposit page. juan36 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your juan36 account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in your account settings.
• juan36 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing times.
• juan36 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.

Currency and Conversion: juan36 accounts are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso. If you fund your account through a payment method denominated in a foreign currency, conversion to PHP will occur at the rate applied by your payment provider. juan36 is not responsible for currency conversion losses or fees applied by third-party payment providers.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your payment provider in relation to any juan36 deposit is a breach of these Terms. juan36 reserves the right to suspend your account and pursue recovery of any disputed amounts through all available legal channels in the event of an unauthorised chargeback.

juan36 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all juan36 bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to your juan36 account in bonus balance, separate from your cash balance, until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each bonus. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be forfeited at the end of the promotional period.
• juan36 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, subject to providing reasonable notice where practically possible.

• juan36 reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or reclaim bonus credit where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a bonus was claimed in error, fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms.

Each game available on the juan36 Platform is governed by specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface itself. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

In the event of a discrepancy between the results displayed on your device and the results recorded on juan36's servers, the results recorded on juan36's servers shall prevail. juan36's server records are the authoritative source of truth for all game outcomes, bet placements, and account transactions.

If a game or bet is accepted in error — due to a technical malfunction, system error, or human error — juan36 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the staked amount to your account. juan36 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from voided bets.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the juan36 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, permanent ban from the Platform, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Creating more than one (1) account, whether in your own name or under another identity.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years, or facilitating access by underage individuals.
• Using the Platform while a self-exclusion order is in force.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game outcomes, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, dealer staff, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer games.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any activity that violates the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160, as amended) or any other applicable Philippine law.
• Engaging in chargeback fraud or any payment fraud against juan36 or its payment providers.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other tool to disguise your actual geographic location.
• Attempting to exploit system errors, software bugs, or technical malfunctions for financial gain.

juan36 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can cause harm. In compliance with PAGCOR requirements, juan36 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any juan36 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any juan36 software or game systems.
• Use the juan36 brand, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without express written authorisation from juan36.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, juan36 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

juan36's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

juan36 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. juan36 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond its reasonable control.

juan36 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address or mobile number. The updated Terms will display the effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the juan36 Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your account and withdraw any available balance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising between you and juan36 shall first be referred to our customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as provided under applicable PAGCOR regulations, or to the competent courts of the Philippines.

You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for such purpose.
